Before you can login and perform any tasks using MatrixRemote your company must be registered with Matrix Imaging Solutions, Inc. as an online client. If your company is not yet registered please contact Matrix Imaging Solutions, Inc.

Once your company has been registered as an online client MatrixRemote accounts are automatically created for all of your company's employees currently in the Matrix Imaging customer service database. These accounts are disabled by default but can be activated by the user to clicking on the link for new user activation on the login page. Just enter your last name and email address and a random password will be sent to you. If your information is not in our customer service database and you would like an account you should contact your company's MatrixRemote Administrator. The administrator will be able to create a MatrixRemote account for you.

MatrixRemote gives Matrix Imaging customers the ability to manage their accounts securely over the internet. This gives clients more flexibility with how Matrix Imaging processes their data and decreases data to mail turnover time.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

From the MatrixRemote login page click on the link Lost Password. Enter your username and email address in the input boxes and click on the submit button. Within minutes a new password will be sent to your email address which can be used along with your username to log into MatrixRemote.

Why is my account disabled and how can I enabled it?

When your account is initially created it disabled by default. To activate your account click on the link New User Activation. Your account may also be disabled my your company's MatrixRemote Administrator and by Matrix Imaging. If your account is disabled by your company's administrator you must contact that person and request that your account be enabled. If your account has been disabled by Matrix Imaging you need to contact a Matrix Imaging customer service representative.

Are usernames and passwords case sensitive?

Passwords are case sensitive, but your username and email address are not.

Every time I try to login I am prompted to change my password and I don't know what to do?

Whenever your password is reset you must change your password on the next login. You will not be allowed to perform any task until you enter your old password along with a new password. If you do not remember your old password perform the lost password procedure.

How can my company get set up to use MatrixRemote?

If you would like your company to have access to MatrixRemote please contact a Matrix Imaging customer service representative. The process can usually be performed very quickly with data already present in the Matrix Imaging Customer Service Database.

I am not a Matrix Imaging customer, can I still use MatrixRemote?

No, MatrixRemote is only for Matrix Imaging customers.

I'm worried about transmitting important information over the internet, is MatrixRemote secure?

Yes, the MatrixRemote website is secure. It uses SSL(secure sockets layer) to create and encrypted link between your browser and the MatrixRemote webserver. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remain private and integral. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.
